PS vendor patrons... Sound Off!

I am trying to help a friend/co worker find a ring for his lovely girlfriend... He is feeling a little apprehensive about buying a stone/ setting form an online vendor. If anyone has worked with any of the PS vendors, can you please post a response telling how you feel about them? How was your experience? What do you think of the quality? How was the price compared to B&M stores? Also, if you can, please post a picture!!
