Hi, my boyfriend proposed to me a few months ago, i said yes and it was the happiest day of my life, because it is leap year i have been thinking about proposing to him however i have left it to late and have no money.

I am looking for some ideas as to what i could do which will still be special and he would love without it realy costing anything right now but i could get him in few weeks time?

Personally, I wouldn't find an electric razor romantic at all. But I guess that could just be me.
