Problems posting pics

Hi everyone! I am having problems posting pics. I have a Kodak EasyShare DX6490 and am using their software. When I go to upload the pic, it seems to be uploading then this page comes up.....

It also says something about not being able to find server.Anybody ever had this sort of problem? I sure hope somebody can help me because this thing is getting on my nerve

Okay, I figured out that the file is too large. I have photoshop-so, what do I need to do to make it uploadable?

Anyone??????
