Hi Everyone,

This is my first post, but I have been utilizing the search function for the past nine hours to get up to speed on buying a princess cut diamond.

After being thoroughly unimpressed with a couple of b&m jewelers, I have turned to online shopping. I''m looking for a 1-1.5 carat diamond, no less than H/I color grade or SI1 clarity rating. The most important thing to me is cut, so that it''s bright and sparkly.

The following diamonds really caught my eye:

-> This looks gorgeous, and has a majority of red on the aset image. On the AGS report, the aset image is very symmetrical. I would like to see a gemex report if possible. Is this something GOG could provide? I''m a little worried about the abrasions on the face.

-> Doesn''t seem to have the same pop as the first one, but still looks very nice. Can someone point me in the direction of the differences in white light, color light, and scintillation in a gemex report?

Please let me know your thoughts, and any other suggestions.

I personally like the 1st and 2nd one''s best...as for the Gemex,Im not sure that important but im no expert. I do know that ASET is most important for fancy cuts.

They''re all fab! My personal preference is for the third, based on the photos and ASETs. However, they''re likely to be very similar performers in real life. I would ask Jon to make you a video with the three of them so you can decide for yourself which "personality" you like more.

All are nice, though I like #3 the best. Better corner to corner light return and more even pattern of contrast.

Thritto, all fab but if I had to choose I would pick 3 from the info given, see if Jon can do a video as Jstar suggests
