Princess Cut Blue Topaz for Setting in Ring w/ Lost Stone

Hi There,

I'm looking to order a 4mm - 6mm princess/square cut blue topaz to have set into a ring that I lost a diamond in. It's my daughter's birthstone and this was my original engagement ring that I lost the diamond out of and my husband suggested that since he bought me a replacement ring I should use this setting that I have for the birthstone ring I've wanted.

Here's a picture of the setting (minus the wedding band, I've had that removed from the ring):


Any ideas where I should order one? I've been looking on Etsy because I know I've seen loose stones there before but I'm not 100% sure about it. Where does one get a loose gemstone like a blue topaz?

The first thing to do is decide what coloured topaz you want even in your links you can see they range from light blue to mid blues to darker blues. That's a pretty standard size so you should be able to get one on Etsy or on Ebay unless you want something custom cut (which you will pay a lot more money for) by someone like this;

Hi @misssararae I suggest you look at AfricaGems. Many pricescopers have had a positive experience there and they are on our vendor list. AfricaGems offers Sky Blue, London Blue and Swiss Blue topaz in both princess cut or square cut in sizes that include 4-6mm and they have a good return policy
