Thanks in advance for you help. I'm a bit lost.

I'm about to pull the trigger on a 1.701ct H VS2 round cut diamond. The current asking price is $18,000.00. Is this in the ballpark of a good deal? or do i need to continue shopping or negotiate further?

Here is the AGS report and Sarin report. Thank you for the help. I appreciate it.

That seems about on target based on what James Allen has in stock.
A 1.66 H VS2 ideal cut AGS graded for $15,560
A 1.75 H VS2 ideal cut AGS graded for $17,450 (JA says this is AGS graded, but a GIA report appears when you click on the AGS logo)
a 1.74 G VS2 ideal cut (with excellent polish) GIA graded for $21,550
