Pricescope prices always bank wire price?

Do the prices returned by the pricescope search engine reflect the bank wire offered priced or the regular price after any pricescope related discounts? I am about to purchase a diamond from uniondiamond.com i found through pricescope. The pricescope listed price matches uniondiamond.com''s bank wire price, but not their regular price (credit card purchase). Is this correct or should I be getting the pricescope listed price as their regular price?

Bankwire prices are usually PS discounts. You can pay however you''d like though.

You can always inquire with the vendor if they are able to negotiate price or if they are able to offer you a further discount on any particular diamond given that you are a "PS" member and that is how you found this vendor. It''s worth a shot. I know that a PS vendor I was dealing with was able to offer a further discount on some items, however, on others, the best discount was the bankwire price.

The Pricescope search engine should return the Pricescope discounted price, in other words, the price of the diamond that Pricescopers pay. Retail should, in theory, be higher.

The bank wire discount is generally a separate matter. In other words, any customer can get the bank wire discount, whether Pricescope or not. The bank wire discount is to encourage people to pay via bank wire, as that mode of payment saves the online retailer money where fees are concerned. The Pricescope search engine does not concern itself with bank wire discounts, to the best of my knowledge. Someone step in and correct me if I''m wrong.
