price to custom make this ring?

I really like THIS ring at Shane Co but it only comes in white gold & I want yellow gold. Is this. a good price for this ring? Does anyone here have an estimate of what it would cost to have something similar made in yellow gold? I already have my center stone so just need the setting with the .26 TW diamonds in the band. It's not a usual infinity band. It almost has a 3rd strand of metal with stones so is more of a braid than a twist. TIA!!

The IDJ setting posted by rockysalamander is quite similar to the Shane inspiration ring ... I'd definitely call IDJ and ask to speak with Yekutiel, and ask for a quote for that setting in 14kt YG with "pricescope quality diamonds".
