Now we're finally home and settled and I have my hands out of the muck that the housesitters left for us, thought I would post the pictures of my new engagement ring.

1.53 Crisscut Emerald diamond centre stone
Colour J
Clarity VS1
7.99 5.80 x 3.74 mm
Set with 4 platinum prongs in the centre mounting
40 RB 1.10 ctw are shared bar and micro pave set throughout the ring
Average clarity grade VS and colour H

The wedding and eternity bands are 0.50 ctw each with 10 RBs in each, clarity VS and colour H

I apologise that I went a little snappy happy with excitement

Skippy - thank you for the compliment on the first love of my life (or should that be equal first now?) - the little man''s name is "Milo" and he really does make every day that little bit brighter for me.

Crown Jewel - thank you so much, I had never even heard of Crisscut until I saw that ring and just fell in love with it. My partner took a little longer to get used to the style but now he loves it. I particularly love that it is so different, and that they aren''t sold here in Australia so I''m unlikely to run into anyone else I know with one.
