The RPG stands for "Rolled gold plate," indicating that your piece is not solid gold, but has a core of some other metal coated in gold - in this case, 14 carat gold. The 1/30 probably indicates the thickness of that gold plate, likely 30 microns. I'm not familiar wth the other marking, which is probably the manufacturers mark.

Ty I was told it was an Ostby which is what I was looking for but it's obviously not Lesson learned but Id still just like to know when and who made it
