I personally prefer the look of the standard round brilliant over the modified round brilliants (like this Solasfera).

Having said that, mighty fine looking IS and ASET images. Congrats on your purchase!

I concur with @bmfang. Not my favorite cut, but this one will have fantastic performance. No clarity plot provided. So be sure to have a gemologist review.

@rockysalamander, what do you mean no clarity plot provided that i should have a gemologist review?

Also looking for more expert opinion or criticism about my diamond pick, ANYTHING you say is welcome, please share with me your honest thoughts. Thank You all kindly.

@Johnykin did your stone come with a grading report? If so, myself (and @rockysalamander) would like to see it. If it was graded by AGS, likely to have a clarity/inclusions plot on the grading report (provided it is a Platinum report). If GIA, then likely not to have one as the cutter (or vendor) has probably paid for a Diamond Dossier (stones under 1ct) rather than the full report which includes a clarity plot.

@bmfang and @rockysalamander : well i can give you guys the GIA and Gemex numbers
GIA: 7251763876
Gemex: 18LRR37

Yup Diamond Dossier as bothe rocky and I were expecting.

GemEx report does show the crystal in the IdentiView image (around 9-10 o’clock I between arrow shafts). Apart from that the rest of the stone looks pretty clean!

I can see the included crystal at the edge of the table at 4 o'clock in the first two photos. Can you see it with your naked eye? If not, great. If so, does it bother you?
Other than that it is very pretty.

I can see it close up in the picture. I won't see it face to face if I don't rub my nice on the diamond hehe. It won't bother me. It's not noticeable at all especially when the diamond sparkles.
