Please ideas and opinions needed

Hi all,

7 years ago when my husband and I got engaged I picked out a cartier love ring in yellow gold to use as both an engagement ring and wedding band. I work at a styrofoam plant so think jeans and boots type of gal... at that point that was perfect for me. However, these days, when I go out, I´d like to dress up my love ring a little and have really no idea what I could match it with. I have an olive complexion and prefer 18k yellow gold to platinum, but that´s pretty much the only thing I´ve decided on.
I want a ring to wear along side the cartier love ring because I definitely LOVE that one and I holds soooo much emotional attachment, but I do want a little more sparkle on that finger!!
Please, please, if you have any ideas of what might look nice with that, or if you´ve made a match yourself, please post pictures.

I love diamond bands, so I suggest getting one : eternity, 5 or 7 stones, depending on your budget.

I´m drooling here looking at those links! I´m loving the idea of an eternity band but I´m running into soooo many different types of settings for these I don´t know which will match my love ring!
and thanks for welcoming me I´ve been lurking around for about 6 months since I was shopping around for my 1cttw studs! I´m so in love with them that now I want my fingers to sparkle too!!

But, first of all, fix a budget and determine how many diamonds you need for finger coverage.

Thanks so much, I ended up choosing a channel set 1 carat eternity band, I tried it on at the store and it looks perfect. Just what the doctor ordered. Thanks again for your advice!
