Please! Help with understanding sarin report.

I am considering a princess cut diamond for sale on the internet from the GIA report I know it has a depth of 68% and table of 64%. I requested the sarin report but am having trouble deciphering it. There are 1 to 4 numbers given for each characteristic. I think I am most concerned about understanding the paviliona dn crown numbers, but they from what I can tell are not given in percentages. Here is the info as it was given to me:

If anypone can help me understand what this means I would appreciate it. Particuarly what the paviliona nd crown %''s are so I can tell where they lie in the charts as for cut.

From the numbers you gave, it looks to me like the % are in the far right column. That would make the Crown height is 9.0% and the Pavillion depth is 41.6%. But, if that's correct, then the Sarin Table % varies from the Cert %. So I'm not sure if that's right or not. Hopefully a pro will chime in here for you.
