Hi everyone

I have found a RB I am interested in. It is being sold by an online Diamond Merchant for US$7155.00. I have not seen it. All I have seen is the GIA cert.
I''d really be interested in what you think of the stone and the price.

thanks

Nikki

I haven't come across a diamond with such a small table before, that being said, it looks promising and scored well on the Cut Advisor and the resultant cut grade categories. I will defer here to others, but see if the vendor has any Idealscope Images which would be helpful to see how this diamond handles light. A Sarin report would be useful too as GIA rounds angle measurements. Many online vendors have access to cut evaluating technologies, so it might pay you to ask them. Also you can use the Pricescope your Diamond search feature above to check your pricing, punch in your size and specs and it will bring up similar with prices.

Ditto. Is it a possible typo?

I also did a search, there are others in this range online going for 1000-2000 less...I would also ditto more info if you can get it.

Blimey! I wondered about that! Thanks El ! Yes, similar diamonds are going for less with similar according to my search...Get more info such as the Idealscope image if you can and post it here too if possible!

Thanks for your quick responses!
The problem is that I live in Australia and prices here are so much higher than in the USA. So from what I''ve seen available in retail stores and other Australian online vendors the price seems fairly competitive.
I''ll ask the vendor for more information.

thanks

Ok that would explain the price difference, let us know what you find out!

Is this the same diamond? It''s offered for less than $6k from this vendor. I''m not sure what having a stone shipped to Australia would cost you or if there''s VAT.

Hi there

Well the stats are identical, but there is no cert available online. I have requested a copy to compare, but I would have make enquiries regarding costs to import.

Thanks for that information!
