Please help - prong settings on diamond bands

I'm hoping to find some pictures to help me out. I'm waiting on a 7 stone band to be made, 19 pointers for a total of 1.33. The band I tried on at my jewelers was an eternity shared prong setting, and they said they were making the exact same style ring for me in 7 stone, see attached pic. My jeweler called me yesterday and said he had to change the setting to where the stones are held in 4 prongs each, he didn't give a real clear answer on why he changed it (let alone changing it without my approval!!!) but I suspect it maybe had something to do with price. He gave me a great deal on it and maybe he realized he charged too little so switched the setting to something else? Anyway, I told him I wasn't happy so it's being sent back before the stones are set so I can look at it. In my mind, and from googling, it seems that the 4 prong setting for bands is a lot of metal and that's what bothers me. Does anyone have IRL pictures of a 4 prong set diamond band so I can see what they actually look like? Thanks in advance!!

I see no reason why your jeweler cant do shared prongs. Here are a couple of links to 4 prong rings. I think if they
are done right 4 prongs can still be lovely and not distract from the stones.

Thank you! Those bands make me feel better, they are beautiful! I'm still not convinced about the side profile though, looks very metal-y. I'll have to see how it looks on me, I have size 8 fingers, so I might be able to carry a chunkier ring. We'll see!
