What are you trying to find out about it? Looks like something from the 70s or 80s to me, especially the wrap thingie.

The diamond inside is a jewelers mark. I couldn't read what it said on the inside.

I agree with the previous poster that it's a more contemporary ring. If you were able to take a pic of the diamond straight on and enlarged, we might be able to tell you more about its age.
