Any concerns with this diamond?

Here are the stats:

GIA Ex, Ex, Ex
Clarity: SI 1
Table: 56%
Depth: 61.9%
Crown: 35
Pavilion: 41

Here is the IS

It scored a 2.3 on the HCA - worth buying if the price is right.

IS looks ok -
 
I think it is good enough to buy.
