Hi PS Friends!
CushBall is back and searching for a wedding band.

I have a cushion micropave (photos under CushBall) and am deciding between a band to match it or moving the e-ring to the right hand and wearing an eternity round shared-prong.

Here are my questions:

1. For the round-stone shared-prong, what do you think is the biggest a size 5 finger can wear? 25 points?

2. Does anyone know if the curved micropave bands spin? The basket on my e-ring juts out, so if I pair it with a regular micropave band, there will be a gap between them.

3. Has anyone seen a pink micropave band paired with a cushion micropave?

4. How do you think criss-cross micropave band would look together?

Thanks for your help!!!

Here''s a pic of the ering!

I really like the idea of and eternity band, however, my only concerns is whether 25 pointers all the way around may feel slightly uncomfortable? have you thought of five or seven stone band ? this way you can have larger carat weight and still have the comfort of the plain shanks, just a thought,

I can respond to your question #1--

My boyfriend got me an 'i love you' eternity band, shared prong round-brilliant. I have a size 5 finger and the total carat weight for the band is .37 cts.

I do not find it uncomfortable at all, I love it! In fact, my finger feels odd now when I don't have it on.

Also, it looks very delicate.

I think she means 25 pointers each stone so more than 3 ctw.

I actually have a ring that looks similar to yours and I love it! Anywho, I just got a *cheapy* pink sapphire/rose gold eternity band from eBay (not the best quality but I paid next to nothing for it) and took a picture of it with my ering. I actually love how there is a gap and can't wait to actually be able to wear my diamond eternity band with it :) Hope this helps :)

ETA: My eternity band will be the same width as my ering, but this pink band is larger.

HEY! I think I have the same one! Less than 40 bucks, I wear it stacked with my wedding band or with my ering like you do.

Cushball, I think the pink would look awesome with your ring. I''d personally go with a less carat eternity (thin, like 2mm). If you''re worried that it''s not enough substance, I''d opt for 2 bands, one on each side. But that''s just my opinion! Cheers!

We do have the same one! Less than 40 bucks! The pink sapphires are washed out but what do you expect for less than $40 right? I''m just waiting for it to turn green!!LOL! .. but for now it will do :)

I tried the Tiffany 2.8 ct. eternity and I think the stones were maybe 18 points each. It was really too blingy for me. So I wouldn''t even consider 25 pt. stones for a full eternity...not to mention it would be pretty thick on the finger. I''d consider a 5 stone with stones that size, though.
