Please help, deciding between two stones

The first thing I will have to tell you is that EGL International is known to be an unreliable grading lab. That color could be as much as 4 color grades off and clarity maybe 1 or more grades off. You are much better off looking at GIA graded stones as you will know what you are paying for (and some ideal cut stones are graded by AGS which is good as well).

I could see the first report but not the second. The first one looks like it could have potential, but have you seen the actual stone? Do you have magnified images of it? What is the price?

What is your budget? Can we show you some reliably graded stones?
 
Thank you so so much for your reply. I completely understand that EGL Europe (israel) is not as reliable as GIA or even EGL USA, but it's a risk I am willing to take. 30 day return policy on a stone allows you to take it to get verified, and I am not too picky. My current stone is .7 color J, VS1, very good cut, from EGL USA and I think it's beautiful.

Now I am looking for a 1.75 stone, hoping for 7.7mm dimensions which will be set in a bezel halo setting. Budget is what makes these stones attractive. Stone 1 is 7200, Stone 2 is 7500. Even if they are SI1-2 and color J under GIA guidelines, that size still costs 9.5K+.

Does that make sense? As far as second certificate, that's so weird...here is ULR to listing, not actual site that I am looking to purchase from.

Is that US dollars? $7500 for a 1.75? Remember you get what you pay for. Doesn't seem possible.
