I think you got a very good deal. The stone sounds lovely, the HCA gave it a good score, it's colorless, and it was cheaper than a 1c well cut stone because it's a light carat. I'm assuming it's eye clean?

I would have a second opinion through an independent appraiser to be sure, but congrats!
