The GIA report shows a three small clouds, a feather, and a crystal on the diamond scale. I am not as concerned with clarity if the cut is very good and the stone measurments are good.

Mandy, you can't really judge an oval by it's numbers, what I would suggest is asking the vendor for pics of the diamond if you haven't seen it, and also an ASET image would be very useful. Also ask to what extent a bow tie is visible and if it is eyeclean, also that the vendor understands your expectation of 'eyecleanliness'.

Agreed. Numbers don''t tell a whole lot about the stone for fancies like ovals.

Ask the vendor for:
1. Magnified pictures to see the pattern and inclusions
2. Idealscope picture for light leakage
3. ASET for light performance.
