Pink diamond listing... misleading

So I''ve been doing a lot of poking around on ebay trying to find the perfect pink sapphire. I came across a listing for a fake "pink diamond" Russian cz thingy. That''s not what my question is about, but I noticed that on their listing, they are using actual stock photos of REAL pink diamonds from the Diamonds by Lauren website. When the buyer looks at the listing, they are looking at photos of the "item" which are straight from Diamonds by Lauren AND another from WCM colored diamonds. There are no pics of the actual item. Isn''t this against seller policy?

Yes it''s against policy and I''m sure David from DBL would like to know about it. He''s on PS sometimes, but if you want to help out, send the listing info to their contact email on the DBL website. Sorry, can''t post it here.

Our photos have been stolen literally hundreds of times over the years- I hate it.

Also, not that you asked, but if you are really looking for the "perfect pink sapphire", I don''t think eBay is the best choice. There are occasionally some deals to be had, but if it were me, I''d prefer Natural Sapphire Company or the like.

I got a response from the seller. They claim they had no idea the pictures came from the DBL website, even though I provided links clearly showing them

I notified ebay as well and the sellers are well aware that they do not own those photos, so I''m hoping the matter will be resolved quickly. Crazy!
