I like the halos I've seen with 1.3mm stones (one point), but also want the shank of my ering to be the same as the halo for balance. I would like the width of my shank of to be at least 1.8mm and my jeweler said I need 1.5 stones so as not to have too much metal showing. I think the 1.5 stones might look too big around the halo. It is hard to tell from the cad since every size looks big. Does anyone have a photo of their 1.8mm halo and shank with 1.5mm stones in both?? I would love to see. My center stone is oval 9.77 x 6.87 about 1.7 carat. I need to make a decision soon! Thanks to anyone who could show me a photo. It seem most photos only show the one point or large 3 points.
