Picking Center Engagement Diamond

I found these 2 center diamonds. I am not sure which to pick. Which one would be a better pick? Also, are these 2 diamonds the best deal for the diamonds? Can I find a cheaper center diamonds somewhere else with this quality? Any websites or places to go to for lower prices with quality diamond please recommend.

Prefer the hearts image of the D. The E stone's 2 o'clock heart seems to be a little larger than WF's standard.

Define deal, quality? Cheaper with similar upgrade/buyback policies conditions? These policies carries a premium.

Since this is my first time buying a diamond, quality like ideal cut, D,E, or F, VVS1-VS2, and around .8-.9ish diamonds. And for like a discounted price.
