Picking a Whiteflash Princess

After lurking for the past few months, I'm finally ready to make the purchase! I am looking for a Princess cut stone that is under ~$3.5k. The most important thing for me is performance, however, I really would like to get something that is >.75 cts. Color and clarity is not a huge issue as long as it is eye clean.

I've decided on a Whiteflash ACA after reading so much about them and I am very interested in WF's Legato Micro Pave. With the above constraints, I wound up with these three options:

1. http://www.whiteflash.com/loose-diamonds/princess-cut-loose-diamond-2377154.htm
2. http://www.whiteflash.com/loose-diamonds/princess-cut-loose-diamond-2405183.htm
3. http://www.whiteflash.com/loose-diamonds/princess-cut-loose-diamond-2313428.htm

I have option 1 on reserve, but after taking a look at option 2 (lower clarity, lower size, and ~$800 cheaper), I really can't make up my mind because option 2 is very close in length/width to option 1 (making the size difference negligible).

Any advice would be greatly appreciated regarding performance of these stones and whether or not the price jump from 2 to 1 is worth it. Thanks!

these all look good-I would probably pick the G VS2 since VVS2 is overkill IMO.

I'm not an expert.

I don't like the patterning on that 0.777 G VS2.

just to clarify-I am also not an expert. However I think by going with an ACA princess you are guaranteed a level of quality that most would be comfortable with. As far as discerning between different ACAs that is more of an expert opinion type of deal.

yssie are you referring to the 4 "dark spots"? it does seem kind of odd... from the photo I also like the one on hold better-it seems to have more contrast maybe? but then it's hard (for my eyes) to tell what is a result of the photo and what will be visible IRL, because that one also looks 'crisper' to me...

OP perhaps call WF and ask them their opinion?

Another non-expert...I also think VVS is overkill but I really like the look of that first one. It does seem very
"crisp" and I love the pattern.

Have you asked Whiteflash to take a look at all 3 of them and "talk" you through them? That may help you decide.
