Photoshop help please

Can anyone show me what my setting would look like with a larger center stone? Possible what it might look like on my hand as well?

Currently the center is 0.71ct (about 4.61 X 4.79). I am looking to upgrade to either a 6 x 6 stone or a 6.3 x 6.3 stone. I think one would be just over a carat (maybe 1.2ish) and the other closer to 1.5.
