photoshop help....Please!

I also want to incorporate the side diamonds as well. Can someone insert the yellow sapphire into the bezel, and add the diamonds on the sides while keeping the scroll work also? Sorry to be so complicated....but just can't quite visualize how this would actually look.

Thinking about remounting my yellow sapphire into something like this.
