Photoshop experts... COME TO ME!!

Hello. I posted about Irina helping me to bring to life a design I''m trying for with my future e-ring. I''ve been informed through some lovely people that she''s no longer active on PS, so now I''m just going to throw out a want ad for anyone to answer!

I sketched out a design based off Irina''s Swan (which I love, but won''t work for me) but I''m pretty photoshop impaired. I would really love if someone could help me work out the kinks in the setting with me. I know it''s a really big favor to ask, but I''m kinda at a loss by myself.
