photos of stuart moore engagement rings?

does anyone know where i might find some photos of stuart moore designs-- particularly the 4 prong rouind solitaire setting? I know he guards his designs quite well, they don''t even have photos on their web site. It''s impossible to get an idea of any of these rings unless one lives in NYC, SF, or LA!
