Photos of my Angel

I've been playing around with my new stone and a beam of light. I wanted to share some of the results - I had no idea until this morning the extent of what these little prisms we wear do to light.

but now I think it looks like a saber toothed tiger [my story and I'm sticking to it...so I can sleep at night].

I like that much better! I just asked my son to tell me what he sees and he said "oh wow an owl is in that diamond" and I love a wise owl. Reminds me of the guardians a much better and kid friendly film.

funny, hathalove - your new diamond is the inspiration for all my recent photos and I can't get mine to do what yours is doing
no sun here today so not as much fun to experiment. I did reread that thread on taking good photos of diamonds, so I've been experimenting with sheets of white paper for a background & masking the camera in white paper, etc.

I want to see more photos from you!

These are kind of fun.
I know Kenny gets some great effects using reflective color surfaces around his diamonds.
Anyone else here playing with their diamond images??
