photography anomaly or real difference

Hi everyone,

opinions on this... see the magnified image of both diamonds? the star facet triangles are missing in one and not the other... is this real or a photo thing? the IS and ASET do actually show black triangles all the way round, just not the magnified image below.

photographing difference. slightly different orientation of the diamond, notice the right stone is brighter on the top?

Are these really two different diamonds with some actual difference or are they very slightly differnet photos of the same diamond? What is the real question? They look very much alike until you get into tiny variation that one can pick out in the enlarged version of the images.

you've answered my question in the best way possible... they definitely are different stones...

i just wanted to make sure that it was a photographic difference..
