I bought this pendant for my mom many moons ago from a reputable local jeweler, and it has been sitting in a box unworn for about that long. 
It is a lovely oval blue sapphire cabochon and a small diamond set in 14K yellow gold. Measurements and weight in listing. I can take more pics or measure anything on request!
