Pearl quality question?

Would you be more inclined to buy a strand of pearls that is rated AAA vs AA+/AAA from Pearl Paradise if the $ is not that great of a difference? Can they be trusted in their rating scale? Would I really be getting better quality by purchasing a strand that is AAA?

I'm debating over purchasing a strand of their White SSPs, they started a sale today. I'm not well educated on pearls but have read the threads available here.

Also, when do they have their sale on Tahitians?

Yep I'd go for AAA over AAA/AA+. This is on the basis that my AA+ pearls from PP whilst lovely, do have some noticeable blemishes.

The Tahitian sale is usually in August.

I would buy the higher quality also. You can ask for several to see photos on to compare before deciding.
