Those earrings are lovely, and so wearable! The photo is somewhat indecipherable, though. Are the stones translucent or glassy on top, or are they opaque? If translucent, they might be some sort of opal. If opaque, there are many natural (and color-enhanced) options. Chrysocolla, color-enhanced lapis lazuli, maybe azurite? Here are two lists of blue stones to consider:

That bar pin is lovely! And it looks very wearable to me, too, and I love that limpid blue stone! I’m also intrigued by the little “loop” that you can see in the bottom picture. Maybe it had a an extra little chain and pin, for extra protection against losing it?

The stones on the earrings feels glassy.

What do you think is the blue stone inside the brooch? Its 14k gold that's all I know. Yes, it does have a small loop at the bottom, never noticed that until you pointed it out lol.

It’s really not possible to identify a clear stone like that from a photograph. Some possibilities are sapphire, spinel, topaz, or Iolite. A jeweler (or a good pawn shop) might be able to identify it on sight. Some would be able to test the stone with a refractometer for not too much, say $50 or less.
