My wedding set is platinum and I also have a knife-edge plain platinum band that I will occasionally wear to work. I would like a thicker band with milgrain detail that I may occasionally wear with my solitaire. E-wedding bands has a 3mm palladium band for $150. This is cheaper than both the platinum and even the WG option. I've not had palladium before so I was wondering if the difference would be totally noticable next to platinum. It's not a huge concern as I will mostly be wearing it alone and I love the ring for the price, especially since it will not need to be replated like WG. E-weddingbands does not offer unplated WG or I would consider this. Does anyone have any experiences, good or bad, with a palladium band and the wear on it?
