Ian was starting my ring last week
. I chose a 1.26ct F VS2 round brillant stone. It is being set in a halo setting, and I am sooooooo excited, I cannot wait til he send me the photoes once his finished it - should be very close now! I will keep you updated!
How did you go in your search? Did you end up purchasing from that last vendor you visited?? I''m excited to know what you ended up doing?!!!

Good to hear from you. Your ring sounds beautiful and so does the diamond. I am sure Ian will do a fantastic job, his work is top quality. I bet you can''t wait for the photos

My ring is nearing completion, spoke to the jeweller today (they are a family business in the city) they were recommmended by the wholesaler I purchased by stones from. I spoke with him (the jeweller) today and looks like it will be ready for me to pick up on Friday, yay!!!!!! He is doing a beautiful job, I am very happy so far. I haven''t told too many people because they are not that into diamonds like I am and they think the money could be better spent. Even my 13 year old daughther would rather spend it on a designer handbag lol.....kids! I am sure she won''t mind when she eventually inherits all my treasures one day.

Yes, I agree, I have no-one to rave about my diamonds to either - they just dont "get it" and can''t imagine why one would want to spend thousands on a diamond.........they just have no idea!!!
I have 2 little gorgous boys, and I expect that my jewels will be left to one of the lucky wives to be in many years to come!!! (lets hope I like one of them!!!)
