I'm thinking Photoshop. There's no way they could have gotten a needle to do that, not with the third spoke-diamond-thingy. Plus the skin doesn't look like there's anything actually under it- the wrinkles would be flattened I think.

Yeah, your thoughts made me look closely. Seems like the skin "incisions" are too smoothly healed around the metal.

Depends on the friend. I used to do alt-modeling (S&M stuff, etc.) so, given that circle of friends and acquaintances, I''ve seen pretty much every piercing imaginable. Now, of course, my life is much more sedate.
