Ordering engagment ring today - thanks to all!

Thank you for your help and advice - I''m finally putting it to good use! Today my BF is ordering a Ritani four prong endless love setting to hold his grandmother''s transitional cut diamond. The stone is just under a carat and has that great sparkle and fire of a hand cut stone. Sorry I don''t have more details on the stone! I''ll be sure to post pics when I finally get it.

He ordered it in Palladium 950 and in a size 5. I think it will be gorgeous with the stone!

Do you know around the price your BF paid for this setting? We are looking for the same thing in palladium and were quoted $1825 at a local jeweler in Indy. Just trying to see if this is about the average for this setting. Congrats on your exciting news!

I''m so sorry but I don''t know! I do think it''s gorgeous though and it''s probably about right. I know that the platinum version is between $2450-2650. HTHS!
