I just ordered my dress this morning and I'm so excited, I have to share with someone (since I can't show FI). It is the Maggie Sottero Candice Marie and it looks absolutely stunning! Here are some photos:
I knew I really loved Maggie's designs and her prices were perfect for me, so I went looking for them. They are actually not so easy to find in Manhattan! Only a handful of retailers had them. I went to a couple of places but all their sample dresses were size 12 and really long (I am 5'5" to 5'6" without shoes and usually size 0 or 2), so I felt lost in the dresses, like I was wearing a giant white bag. So finally I went to an Asian bridal salon, which carried tons of Maggie sample dresses in size 4 petite lengths. When I put it on it was so stunning I fell in love with it instantly!! I ordered it in a size 2 petite. It is coming in 5 months and I can't wait! I love the lace and embroidery
