Optifast...has anyone tried it?

I''ve been hearing more and more about the Optifast program and I wondered if anyone has actually tried it. If so, what are/were your thoughts and impressions? I know that there are clinics at hospitals that use Optifast powders and other nutritional supplements -- all under doctors'' and nurses'' supervision. I haven''t heard of anything specific from someone who has actually tried it though.


I know that there''s no magic cure -- eating properly and exercising often is the best way. In addition to that though, could this help, do you think?
