OPINIONS PLS! halos for an RB 80pt

Hi, fellow diamond fans!

I was wondering if you could give me some opinion on this setting: I have an 80pt RB solitaire, need to change my setting but dont want anything too "obvious" (british haha) so quite liked the look of this halo. Id appreciate if anybody could tell me the size of the stones in the melee, or what their thoughts might be on the size of the sidestones...yes, I have asked and they just told me the TCWT.

Also...with halos....is it not neater to have the centre stone level with the halo rather than there being a lip? AND is there a rule re proportion? I would have thought that .80 should only have 1pts as a max?

in the UK, we dont go nuts on size, but I love diamonds so really want to take my time without spending a fortune...

I have bought a few halo mountings from ebay, but I used them for sim stones or colored stones. I think most of them are not e-ring worthy, but I've also seen some nice exceptions like the Lord of Gem Rings settings that LaurenThePartier got. Lan.bo4 was another ebay vendor that she bought from. Look at Beverly K, Ritani, Gabriel, maybe Gordon Clark?
