Opinions on this rose cut diamond....

I was browsing the jewelry section at a local antique store today and came across this ring. The center stone is believed to be a 1.5 carat rose cut diamond with sapphire side stones set in white gold. I am not too familiar with pricing for a rose cut diamonds. What is a good price for this ring?
