Well... according to any standard I can refer to (AGA's is a good start as reference, at least for finding out what the seller might think of this, if not exactly what the stone looks like) those stats are not the most promising in the world, esp. the near 80% table.

On the other hand, GIA would not certify these stones (unless the clarity enhancement is drilling alone, which it never is) - so who knows what H-SI2 looks like? Have you seen this ?

Haven't seen it. It is on diamonds-usa.com. If purchased they have a 10 day return policy for a full refund. I am not a diamond expert so as long as it sparkles and is white to the eye, I think I would be happy.

No idea about the seller, but if this stone has some chance to be a dazzler, than that has to be seen to be believed. The F-VS you selected sounds better - at least in the cut department. If you insist on clarity enhancement, that woudl make sense to get a D-F color, otherwise, H/I-SI and a bit smaller would fit in anyway, I suppose,

And I woudl definitely present such a stoen to be appraised - since the colorless quality seems to be important to you and EGL is not the strictest lab, it seems worth asking for a second, expert advice. After all, if the stone turnes out I-SI instead of F-VS (enhancement and all) what's the use to allow that enhancement in the first place?
