Opinions on this Asscher?

I have attached the grading certificate, and (hopefully) the photo and video- my trusted family jeweler said she doesn't feel comfortable giving any opinion on lab created stones, and gave me the name of the source she said to purchase from, but of course they do not cut asschers. I appreciate any thoughts! https://www.pricescope.com/community/gallery/video.122666/

Well, I’m not a fan of IGI, unreliable. The table is big,.

But with asschers, I need to see them move. Can you get a video or see it in person?

I feel like you can do better.

I think I uploaded the video if you click the link in OP. It looked pretty good to me (but admittely I am not a pro)- hard to find a lab asscher, and I haven’t seen any with grading other than IGI.

The combo of uneven steps and large table would make that one a no-go for me.

Have you looked at Brilliant Earth? They seem to have a larger selection although their prices are higher. Or maybe talk to the owner at D.nea and see if he can source anything for you.

Thank you! This is why I'm here- I didn't notice the uneven steps until you mentioned it. This one is interesting on brilliant earth- any thoughts here?

Table is definitely smaller. I had seen the first one on yadav, and can keep watching or maybe ask them what they can find?

I had ruled this one out since my jeweler said not to go to I color on IGI gradings- it might really be J color and she will have a hard time matching side stones, though I guess we can always try it out, since the cut is rated better? https://www.yadavjewelry.com/diamond/asscher-diamond-2.61-carat-i-vs1-yd4019626

First: while the table is smaller, the crown height is quite low- although I debated posting that one for you.

Since Yadav doesn't post images, you're flying blind, unless they're willing to provide them for you. The other alternative from stats is https://www.brilliantearth.com/lab-diamonds-search/view_detail/6483139/ but that would also need images/video
