I notice many people have opened this but no one has answered. Is this not an appropriate way to ask for help in choosing diamonds? Not enough info? I''m a novice, trying to select something that will be nice and sparkly and reasonably priced. Thanks for any help from you experienced people.

Sorry about that, your post got a bit lost with all the new ones, Fridays tend to be busy around here!

We really need more info on the second diamond, such as the crown and pavillion angles that you have for the first, to be able to help. Also an Idealscope image if available for each diamond would be good too.

Thank you Lorelei. The first one has a "real diamond view" on the right hand side of page. To me, it looks like it has very small inclusions. The second one doesn''t have this available. If the first one looks good to you, maybe I can keep track of the number and keep looking for another one or get more info on second stone.

The first one looks good judging by the pic, I usually prefer to see an Idealscope image to confirm, but it looks promising and the good folks at JA will be able to tell you for sure. I would ask JA what they think of the first, and see what they can find to match it perhaps, whether the second diamond is a fit, or if you would be better off if they found you another.
