Opinions on an OEC

I've been stalking this OEC for a little while, and I used the guide I found on PS. Just wondering what the experts on old cuts think? I'm not sure what questions I should ask about it?

It's not my fave OEC. It's got a huge table. The facet pattern is pretty, but it doesn't grab me.
