That looks like a very good price for that size diamond..
Which makes the skeptic in me wonder what's wrong with it.

Apart from the obvious flaws in optical symmetry, the other warning flags for me are that the crown angle of 36 (optimal should be between 33.5 - 34.9 and it is slightly too deep at 62.3% but not a deal breaker.

The ASET looks funny to me - The star facet on the 6 o'clock is showing red instead of blue and in turn is making the diamond picture look strange...

Still though if it is eye clean and has a good HCA score maybe it's fine :)

I wouldn't call it a warning flag, just a FIC. A 40.6 is actually a nice offset for a 36 crown. It's just a slightly different flavor from TIC guidelines. FICs can be amazing performers when the proportions play well with each other. I have a 35.7/40.6 AGS 0 that's an absolute sparking fireball.

What I see here wouldn't turn me away at all.
