One other thing...what''s .gem extention?

All,

I notice that when I search for diamonds here at Pricescope that they have little icons that bring up pictures of the stones and idealscope images. Some of them also have a little blue icon and when I click on it it tries to open an image (I assume) with a .gem extension.

What program do I need to open them?
