Like the title says an ombré suite cut from rough acquired from Matthew Milstead. I’m happy with the way it has turned out. Currently trying to settle on metal color. These three will most likely be set in a pendant and we are leaning towards Art Deco style. 4 stones were cut from the parcel, one large medium tone stone which isn’t pictured will be set in a ring.

Very pretty!

I love the gradiation of color!
I think an art deco pendant would be stunning!

Also when it comes to metal color, Im a yellow gold junkie but I think unplated white gold would look stunning!

I’m leaning heavily towards white gold or platinum as well. Rose or yellow may wash out these stones

Love these! Can you tell us which ones came from which rough? I'm always intrigued by the color differences between the rough and finished stone.

Thank you! The 2 dark stones on the far right were not cut at all. Too dark for my and the lapidaries (Christiane Morin) tastes. Second from the left is the large ring stone that isn’t pictured. So the suite consists of counting left to right, 1, 3 and 4.

How cool is that! I agree on the white metal. They will make a fabulous pendant!

I will take a different approach and say rose gold or yellow gold. I think these colors need a little warmth from the gold to look their best.

I also want to see them in rose gold.
