Old Post Search Help!!

So I've decided my future setting thanks to all the help with PSer! As much as I would love to have a setting made by Victor, Leon or Steven but I would not be able to afford that. I do remember LONG time ago, some PSer made a post about her custom e-ring with ID Jewelry which she made a 20 some page Powerpoint for it and was very happy with the quality of the work for half of the cost.
I tried to do some search but with no luck at all.. Does anybody by any chance know where the post is?
